Distribution in Europe, Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan and China needs to be clarified (Gapon, 2014). Figure of the left paramere of P. nigrita from Spain in the paper of Pagola-Carte et al. (2004) is very similar to the left paramere of P. unciniger sp. nov. Therefore it is possible to assume that the latter species is distributed in southern Europe (Gapon, 2014).
