The synonymy of Temnostethus bucuresciensis with T. tibialis, suspected by Péricart, 1972, is confirmed by the study of specimens collected in Bulgaria by Josifov and Göllner-Scheiding (see also Göllner-Scheiding & Arnold, 1988: 140).
