Casale (1981: 87) listed two syntypes from Italy under C. schellembergii, but as these were Spinola's specimens, not the original Schellenberg specimens, they cannot be syntypes. These specimens represent a damaged Arctocorisa female and a female of Callicorixa praeusta (Fieber) (Jansson, 1992b).
