Records from Slovenia (A. Gogala & M. Gogala, 1989: 28) and Saudi Arabia (Eckerlein, 1962: 333) need confirmation. The types of Oncocephalus acutangulus didymus, O. a. perfectus, O. a. radialis and O. a. cubitalis are in Dispons' collection (MNHN) and not in the collection of Eckerlein (MHNG) or in the collection of the museum of the University of Jerusalem as stated by Dispons (1965d).
